Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mega Corporation has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 12th August, 2026, at the Registered Office of the Company, to consider and approve the following: 1. The Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026. 2. Any other business with the permission of the Chair. Further, the company has informed that the Company had already intimated the Stock Exchange, vide its letter dated 26th June, 2026, regarding the closure of the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st July, 2026, which shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
