Pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mphasis has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 and take on record the Auditor’s Report thereon.
