Pursuant to Regulation 30, read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Palash Securities has informed that Chand Bihari Patodia (DIN: 01389238), was appointed as Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company for a period of three years with effect from 30th March 2023 to 29th March, 2026. Since the tenure of Chand Bihari Patodia expired on 29th March, 2026, consequently, he ceased to be the Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 29th March, 2026.
