Atal Realtech informs about closure of trading window
Atal Realtech has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (‘Code of Conduct’), the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Persons/ Connected Persons of the Company covered under the Code of Conduct, from 01st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results of the Company for the quarter/year ended 31st March, 2026. All the designated persons which include directors, KMP's, designated employees, Promoters and members of the Promoter Group, other designated persons, connected persons and their immediate, relatives are advised not to deal in the securities (involving the purchase or sale of the Company's Securities) of the company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and approval of the aforesaid results shall be intimated in due course.
