Befound Movement has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is schedule to be held on Friday, August 28, 2026, to take on record the following: 1. To approve Director’s Report, Corporate Governance Report as well as Management Discussion and Analysis report for the year ended March 31, 2026; 2. Approval of Related Party Transaction for the financial year 2026-27; 3. Appointment of Internal Auditor for 3 Financial Year from 2026-27 to 2028-29. 4. To Approve notice for calling of Annual General Meeting; 5. To fix the dates of Book Closure for Annual General Meeting; 6. To decide the time, venue and date of Annual General Meeting; 7. Appointment of Scrutinizer for the process of Annual General Meeting. Further the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company, shall remain closed for all the ‘Designated Persons and their immediate relatives’ covered under Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders (Code of Conduct), from Monday, August 24, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of outcome of board meeting.

Pursuant to Regulation 29 and 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR’), Befound Movement has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 14, 2026 to consider and approve following businesses: 1. To approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2026. The Company shall intimate to the exchange the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results upon the conclusion of the Board Meeting as required by SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, vide its letter dated June 22, 2026, the company had intimated that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company, shall remain closed for all the ‘Designated Persons and their immediate relatives’ covered under Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders (Code of Conduct), from July 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for Quarter ended June 30, 2026.
