Pursuant to Regulation 29 and 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR’), Befound Movement has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 14, 2026 to consider and approve following businesses: 1. To approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2026.
