BharatRohan Airborne Innovations submits AGM and annual report
Pursuant to the outcome of the Board Meeting dated 4th September, 2026, BharatRohan Airborne Innovations has informed that 10th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 30th September, 2026, at 03:00 PM (IST) through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio-Visual Means (‘VC/ OAVM’) facility. Pursuant to Regulations 30, 34 and 36 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), it has submitted the Notice of the 10th AGM along with the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26, which is being sent through electronic mode to those members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ Depository Participants(s) and the Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, KFin Technologies (‘Registrar/RTA’). Further, in accordance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, as amended, a letter is being dispatched to all those shareholders whose email addresses are not registered in the Company’s records, providing the web-link with the exact path where the complete details of the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26, including the Notice of the 10th AGM, is available. Nifty ends lower for fourth straight session on Friday
Extending losing streak for fourth straight session, Nifty ended lower on Friday as sharp rise in crude oil prices and escalating geopolitical jitters after renewed Houthi’s attack on Saudi Arabia. Besides, relentless foreign fund outflow weighed on investor sentiment. As per exchange data, foreign institutional investors offloaded Indian equities worth Rs 3,458.70 crore on October 22, 2026. After making a positive start, index soon wiped out all its gains and remained under pressure until the end of the session, mainly drag down by sharp selloff in all the sectors. Meanwhile, traders overlooked the HSBC Flash India PMI data indicating India's private sector business activity signalled continued growth in October 2026, supported by stronger new orders and easing inflationary pressures. Finally, Nifty ended at 22,600 mark.
All sectorial indices ended in red. The top gainers from the F&O segment were Eternal, Shree Cement and Apollo Hospitals Enterprise. On the other hand, the top losers were Swiggy, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank and Adani Energy Solutions. In the index option segment, maximum OI continues to be seen in the 23900 - 24100 calls and 21400 - 21600 puts indicating this is the trading range expectation.
