In terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Shivkamal Impex has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at the registered office of the Company at Second Floor, Block-E-11 Green Park (Extn.), New Delhi- 110016, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
