Pursuant to Regulation 30 (read with Para A, Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time (SEBI Listing Regulations), Home First Finance Company India has informed that the Members of the Company at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 has approved the following matters: A) Divya Sehgal (DIN: 01775308), Non-Executive Nominee Director of the Company, who was liable to retire by rotation, does not offered himself for re-appointment at this Annual General Meeting. Accordingly, he ceases to hold office as a Nominee Director at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, June 24, 2026; B) Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and approval of the Board of Directors of the Company, approved the appointment of Batliboi & Purohit, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration number: 101048W) as the Joint statutory auditors of the Company, to hold office for a period of three consecutive years commencing from the conclusion of the 17th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 20th AGM to be held in the year 2029; C) Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval of the Board of Directors of the Company, approved the re-appointment of Geeta Dutta Goel (DIN: 02277155) as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, to hold office for a second term of five consecutive years commencing from November 01, 2026. Furthermore, with respect to Resolution No. 6 for the re-appointment of Anuj Srivastava (DIN: 09369327) as a Non-Executive Independent Director, Srivastava will cease to be a Non-Executive Independent Director post completion of his first five-year term on October 31, 2026.
