Kaveri Seed Company has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29(1) (a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 28th day of October, 2026 at the Registered Office of the Company, among other items, to consider the Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2026; to consider the Interim Dividend on Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2026-27.
