TDS on Interim Dividend: The process and documentation required for claiming exemption from deduction of tax on dividend. Pursuant to the provisions of the Income-tax Act, 2025, dividend income is taxable in the hands of Shareholders and the Company is required to deduct tax at source, as applicable. 2. Updation of Bank Account Details: Requesting Shareholders to update their bank account details with their Depository Participant (for shares held in dematerialised form) or with the Company/ RTA, KFin Technologies (for shares held in physical form). The Company is mandated to pay the dividend only through electronic modes, as prescribed under the SEBI Listing Regulations. Maharashtra Scooters has informed that the 51st Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on Wednesday, 29 July 2026 at 10.45 am (IST) through Video Conferencing (‘VC’) / Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’) (referred to as ‘e-AGM’) in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 ('the Act'), SEBI Listing Regulations and circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), to transact the business as stated in the Notice convening the 51st AGM. As per the requirements under SEBI Listing Regulations and applicable provisions of the Act, it has enclosed the following: 1. Scrutinizer’s Report dated 29 July 2026, pursuant to Section 108 of the Act and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014; 2.
