Pursuant to the 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of insider Trading' of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, (as amended time to time) regarding trading restriction period, Onix Solar Energy has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from Thursday, 01st October, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2026 for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives i.e. Directors, identified Employees/Persons, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters of the Company.
