Consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026 and its publication thereon. 2. Consider and approve the Annual Report and Board’s Report along with the Audited Financial Statements for the Financial year ended on 31st March 2026. 3. Fix date, time and venue of the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company and to approve the Notice thereof. 4. Consider and approve the Adoption of a new set of Memorandum of Association of the Company. 5. Consider and approve the Adoption of a new set of Articles of Association of the Company. 6. Consider other items as per the agenda. Further, according to the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate Relatives, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with the effect from 01st July, 2026 till 48 hours after declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026 i.e., till Sunday, 02nd August, 2026.
