In furtherance to the outcome of the board meeting dated Friday, 13 February 2026, Sampre Nutritions has informed that the company is seeking approval of its members by way of ordinary resolutions to approve the appointment of Pradeep Narendra Poddar (DIN: 00025199) as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director liable to retire by rotation by means of postal ballot through remote electronic voting. (‘e-voting’). The notice of the postal ballot is available on the website of the Company and on the website of the stock exchange. This is submitted pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A 12) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The relevant dates for remote e-voting are enclosed. The company has also attached the Notice of Postal Ballot. The company has further stated that the dispatch of Notice through electronic mode has been completed on 10 April 2026.
