S.I.Capital & Financial Services has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today, considered and approved the following items: 1. Annual Report including the Board’s Report, Management Discussion and Analysis Report, and Corporate Governance Report FY 2025-26. 2. To seek Shareholders’ approval for the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures up to the amount not exceeding the overall limit of Rs. 10 Crore in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. 3. Convening of the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company (AGM) on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 11.30 AM through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India, and approving the draft notice. 4. Increasing the remuneration of the Managing Director, Anto Jayson Mekkattukulam with effect from 01st April, 2026, subject to the approval of the members in the AGM. The Board Meeting commenced at 10.30 AM and concluded at 10.50 AM. The above information will be made available on the Company’s website at www.sicapital.co.in.
