In compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (‘Act’), SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘the Listing Regulations’) and MCA Circulars, the AGM of the Company is being held through VC /OAVM.
