Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), read with the SEBI Master Circular dated January 30, 2026, Enviro Infra Engineers has informed that the Suyog Urja, Step-Down Subsidiary of the Company has on 19.08.2026 incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS), namely, Wind Earth (‘WEPL’). The details the incorporated Company, WEPL, as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed.
