Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Ethos has informed that it enclosed the Notice of the 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM (IST) through Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means.
