HLE Glascoat informs about closure of trading window
HLE Glascoat has informed that pursuant to the Code of Conduct of Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company framed and adopted in accordance with the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window of the Company for sale/purchase of and for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from April 1, 2026. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results (AFR) of the Company for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2026 by the Board of Directors at its Meeting to be held for the purpose. The date of said Board Meeting for considering the AFR shall be communicated in due course.
