Surya Roshni has informed that pursuant to regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, a Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 7th November, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026. Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ('the Code'), Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company, for persons specified under the Code, is closed since 1st October, 2026, Thursday onwards. The Trading Window shall remain closed upto 48 hours after the aforesaid Board Meeting i.e. upto 9th November, 2026, Monday.
