Quess Corp informs about board meeting
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Quess Corp has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, October 30, 2026, to consider and approve: (i) Unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.
