Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Cipla has informed that an inspection was conducted by the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) at the manufacturing facility of InvaGen Pharmaceuticals Inc. (InvaGen) (wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) located in Hauppauge, Long Island, New York, USA from 19th October, 2026 to 22nd October 2026 (ET). The Inspection was a routine current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) Inspection. The inspection concluded with zero Form 483 observations.
