Fischer Medical Ventures informs about outcome of board meeting
Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Fischer Medical Ventures has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on 29th May considered and recommended a final dividend of 5% i.e. Rs. 0.05/- per equity share of face value Re. 1/- each for the financial year ended 31st March 2026. The said dividend, if declared and approved by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’), shall be paid/dispatched within 30 days from the date of the AGM.
