Rama Vision informs about appointment of SMP
Rama Vision has informed that based on recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, through circular resolution, passed today, February 19, 2026, has approved the appointment of Dilip Kumar Achary as National Sales Manager - Food (Maddox) under the category of Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from February 19, 2026, on such terms and conditions as contained in the appointment letter issued by the Company. The details with respect to the said appointment as required under Regulation 30(6) read with Para A (7) of Part-A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 is enclosed as Annexure-I. This intimation shall also be available on the website of the Company www.ramavisionltd.com.
