Adani Enterprises informs about board meeting
Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Adani Enterprises has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday July 29, 2026 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. As intimated earlier, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and as per the Company's Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from July 1, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date when the results are declared and made public on July 29, 2026. The Company will hold investor / analyst calls on July 29, 2026 to discuss the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 and business outlook. The company has enclosed the detailed Call Invite for the Investors Call commencing at 5:00 pm on the same day. This intimation is also being uploaded on the Company’s website at https://www.adanienterprises.com.
