This statement provides important details such as your outstanding balance, payment history, and upcoming EMI dates. You can also request the statement directly from Bajaj Finance through their customer service team or online portal. Having regular access to your loan statement helps you stay on top of your repayments and manage your finances better.
There are two ways of accessing your loan statement. They are:
Through the Customer Portal on Bajaj Markets
Through the Bajaj Markets App
Head to the Bajaj Markets Customer Portal - https://www.bajajfinservmarkets.in/cust/#/
Enter your mobile number and date of birth. Click on ‘Next’. Once you do so, you would receive an OTP on your mobile number. Enter the given OTP, click on ‘LOGIN’ and proceed.
Head to the ‘ONE ACCOUNT’ section. Click on the loan card. This card basically consists of the details of your loan.
Click on ‘Statements and Reports’. Click on the download icon, next to ‘SOA’.
Click on 'Accounts' on the Bajaj Markets App Homepage
You will see important details of the loan you have taken through Bajaj Markets
Click on 'View More Details'
Under 'Statement and Reports', click on the download icon next to ‘Statement of Account (SoA)’
And that’s it! In just four easy steps you’ll have access to all the information you need. In addition, you can also check your CIBIL score on the app.

Visit the customer portal - https://www.bajajfinserv.in/myaccountlogin and sign into your account
Navigate to the ‘My Relations’ section and select the loan account
Under the ‘Quick Actions’ section, select ‘Statements’
Click on the Statement of Account to download it
Download the official app from the App Store or Google Play Store
Enter your mobile number to log into the account
Choose the loan account you want to access the statement of
Download the loan statement by clicking on ‘Statements’
Visit a nearby branch office to get your Bajaj Finance Personal Loan statement. The officials at the branch will guide you through the process.
