  • Step 1:Visit the https://www.sbicard.com
  • Step 2:Click on the ‘Apply’ tab.
  • Step 3:Under ‘Retrieve Credit Card Application’, enter:
  • Your first name
  • Your mobile number (used during the application)
  • Step 4:Click on ‘Retrieve’.
  • Step 5:You will receive a six-digit OTP on your registered mobile number.
  • Step 6:Enter the OTP to verify your identity.
  • Step 7:Your application details will be retrieved, and you can check the SBI credit card application status.

How to Track Your Credit Card Application Status Offline

Kotak Mahindra Bank offers convenient online options to unblock your credit card. Here are the steps to unblock your Kotak Mahindra Bank credit card online through the Kotak Mobile Banking app and net banking:

  1. Log in to Kotak Mobile Banking App:

    • Open the Kotak Mobile Banking app on your smartphone.

    • Enter your user ID and password or use biometric login.

  2. Navigate to Credit Card Services:

    • On the home screen, select the ‘Credit Cards’ option.

    • Go to the ‘Credit Card Service Requests’ tab.

  3. Unblock Credit Card:

    • Choose the option for ‘Unblock Credit Card’ or ‘Remove Temporary Block.’

    • Confirm your card details and submit your request.

  4. Authenticate your identity:

    • You may receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.

    • Enter the OTP to verify and authorize the unblock request.

Your SBI credit card application is on hold due to incomplete details or failed verification. A representative will contact you.

Why did SBI reject my credit card request?

You will find your SBI credit card application status as rejected due to the following reasons if:
