Bank of Baroda Credit Card Grievance Redressal

Bank of Baroda (BoB) has two levels of grievance redressal. If you are using a Bank of Baroda credit card and have a complaint, you can follow the steps mentioned below to have your issue resolved.

Level 1:

You can email your credit card grievances to BoB credit card at crm@bobfinancial.com. You would need to mention your name, credit card number, email ID, and registered mobile number in the email. Once the complaint is lodged, a unique BoB credit card complaint number will be generated. You would need to quote this number against your complaint when you interact with the BoB customer care in the future. You can expect a response to your query within three working days.

Level 2:

If the Level 1 grievance redressal mechanism fails to address your issue satisfactorily, you can escalate the same to Level 2. For this, you would need to send an email to crm1@bobfinancial.com.
