How to Make HDFC Bank Credit Card Payment Online?

There are a number of different ways to pay your outstanding credit card dues online. Here are some of them: 

1. Net Banking - for HDFC Bank Account Holders 

  • Link your HDFC credit card to your HDFC net banking account

  • Log in to your net banking app or website and click on ‘Credit Cards’

  • Choose ‘Credit Card Payment’ and proceed with the payment process

  • Enter in the payment amount and click on ‘Continue’ to proceed

  • Your payment will be processed shortly

2. National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)

  • Log in to your net banking account

  • Choose ‘NEFT’ under the ‘Funds Transfer’ tab

  • Click on ‘Add Beneficiary’ and enter in required details

  • Type in the outstanding credit card due amount

  • Review details and complete the payment

 

3. Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS)

  • Log in to your net banking account

  • Choose ‘RTGS’ under the ‘Funds Transfer’ tab

4. BillDesk 

  • Go to the HDFC Bank credit card BillDesk page

  • Enter in all the required details

  • Choose the bank account through which you’d like to make the payment

  • You’ll be redirected to the bank’s page, log in using your credentials

  • Complete the payment by validating the OTP

 

5. UPI

  • Login to your bank’s mobile banking app

  • Click on the ‘UPI’ tab

  • Create a UPI ID and link it to your account number

  • Once the UPI ID is set, log in to your bank’s mobile banking app again

  • Select the ‘Pay’ option and click on ‘UPI Payment’

  • Click on the ‘Pay via UPI ID’ option under the ‘Send Money’ tab

6. Mobile Banking App

7. Autopay Option

  • Log in to your net banking account

How to Make HDFC Bank Credit Card Bill Payment Offline

In case you wish you to make your HDFC credit card bill payment offline, you can do so through any of the following methods:

1. HDFC Bank Credit Card Payment through ATM

Once the HDFC Bank credit card billing cycle is complete and the bill has been generated, you can pay the amount due through an HDFC Bank ATM. 

For this, you would need to visit the ATM and transfer the billed amount from your HDFC Bank savings/current account to your HDFC Bank credit card account.

2. HDFC Bank Credit Card Bill Payment by Cash

HDFC Bank also offers you the option to visit your nearby HDFC Bank branch and pay your credit card bill in cash. However, the bank will charge you ₹100 for this service.

3. HDFC Bank Credit Card Bill Payment through Cheque

You can also pay your HDFC Bank credit card bill using a cheque. You need to draw the cheque in favour of your credit card account, for the bill amount due. Then, you can drop off the same at any of the HDFC Bank ATM drop boxes available across India. Remember to mention your HDFC Bank credit card number, your name, and phone number on the back of the cheque. It usually takes three working days for the cheque to clear and complete the payment process.
