1. Existing Account Holders 

Here are the steps you can follow as an existing customer:

• Step 2: Click on ‘Login’ on the top right 

• Step 3: Navigate to ‘Personal Banking’ and choose ‘Login’, and continue to IndusNet

• Step 4: Enter the username and password 

• Step 5: Choose the ‘Link Your Credit Card’ option under ‘Service Request’

• Step 6: Enter the requested details (credit card number, CVV/CSC, expiry date, etc.)

• Step 7: Enter the captcha displayed and accept the terms and conditions

• Step 8: Click on ‘Submit’ to link IndusInd Bank Credit Card with your net banking account

2. New Customers Register 

New customers, i.e., those who do not have an existing account (user ID and login info), can complete their IndusInd Credit Card registration by following the steps mentioned below:

• Step 1: Visit the IndusInd Bank official website at www.indusind.com

• Step 2: Click on ‘Login’ on the top right

• Step 3: Select ‘Register’ under the ‘Cards’ section and continue to IndusNet

• Step 4: Enter the requested details (credit card number, CVV/CSC, expiry date, etc.)

• Step 5: Enter the captcha and accept the terms and conditions

• Step 6: Click on ‘Submit’ to register your IndusInd Credit Card for net banking 

• Step 7: Validate the request with the OTP

• Step 8: Create your login credentials for your net banking account

There are multiple online and offline ways to reset the IndusInd Bank Credit Card PIN. Here are the steps for these methods:

1. Through Net Banking:

• Step 1: Visit the IndusInd Bank Credit Card login webpage

• Step 2: Navigate to the ‘Cards’ section under ‘Quick Links’ 

• Step 3: Click on ‘Generate Credit Card PIN’

• Step 4: Enter the required details and click on continue

• Step 5: Follow the instructions to set the PIN

2. Through Instant PIN Generation Portal 

You can set your PIN without logging into your IndusInd Credit Card net banking portal. Simply follow the steps given below:

• Step 1: Visit the Instant PIN Generation for Credit Card portal 

• Step 2: Enter the requested details and the captcha code displayed on the webpage

• Step 3: Click on ‘Submit’

• Step 4: Enter the OTP sent on your registered mobile number 

• Step 5: Enter the four-digit credit card PIN that you would like to set

3. Through IVR

If you wish to reset your PIN offline without logging into the IndusInd Bank Credit Card net banking portal, you can call the customer support team. You can call on either of the following numbers:

• 1860-267-7777 (for domestic callers)

• 022-68577777 (for overseas callers)

• 022-44066666 (for overseas callers)

• 022-42207777(for overseas callers)

Once you are connected to the bank’s representative, request a reset of your credit card PIN. You will need to verify your identity first before proceeding to reset your PIN. 

Follow the steps mentioned below to change the IndusInd Credit Card net banking password:

• Step 1: Visit the IndusInd Bank official website at www.indusind.com

• Step 2: Click on ‘Login’ on the top right

• Step 3: Select ‘Login’ under ‘Personal Banking’, and choose ‘Net banking’ 

• Step 4: Under ‘Existing User’, select ‘Reset Login Password’

• Step 5: Type in your user ID and click on ‘Submit’

• Step 6: Complete the authentication process

• Step 7: Set your new credentials

All that you need to do to pay your IndusInd Bank credit card bill is follow the steps listed below. 

• Step 1: Log into your IndusNet internet banking account using your user credentials 

• Step 2: Click on ‘Add a Beneficiary’ under the ‘Funds Transfer’ menu 

• Step 3: Enter the card number under the account number field and set the beneficiary’s name 

• Step 4: Navigate to the ‘Transfer Funds’ section and click on the ‘To any Visa Card’ option 

• Step 5: Choose the IndusInd Bank account and the credit card whose bill you want to pay

• Step 6: Enter the amount and the transaction password & OTP to complete the transaction 

Note that the above steps are for IndusInd Bank account holders. If you don’t have an account with the bank, you can follow these steps:

• Step 1: Go to the IndusInd Bank website

• Step 2: Navigate to ‘Make Payments’ 🡪 ‘Bill Payment’

• Step 3: Select the ‘Credit Card Bill Payment’ option

• Step 4: Choose the option most feasible 

• Step 5: Follow the instruction for that option

• Step 6: Complete the payment
