YES Bank provides an ARN (Application Reference Number) and Application Form Number, using which you can easily track your credit card application status.

Via the Official Website

Follow the steps outlined below to utilise the YES Bank Credit Card status tracker on the official website of the bank.

1. Visit the official website 
2. Select the ‘Personal banking’ segment from the main page
3. Hover over the ‘Cards’ segment, then the ‘Credit Cards’ option, and click on ‘Application Status’
4. You will be redirected to a new page, where you need to enter your registered mobile number and either your Application Form Number or Application Reference Number
5. Then, check the ‘I’m not a robot’ box
6. Lastly, click on the ‘Submit’ option to check your YES Bank Credit Card application status

Via Email

If you prefer to reach out to the bank via email, you can write to the credit card issuer at any one of the following two email IDs: yesfirstcc@yesbank.in or yestouchcc@yesbank.in. Ensure that you send your email from your registered email ID, and include the details of your registered mobile number, the Application Form Number, and the Application Reference Number.

1. Contact YES Bank Credit Card customer care at 1800-1200 (between 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

2. Inform the support executive about your query

3. Provide the executive with the required information

4. The customer care executive will provide you with an update regarding your application status

The bank has specific stages in YES Bank’s credit card application status. These stages are described briefly below:

• In-progress/process - This stage means your YES Bank Credit Card application is still under review procedure. At this stage, the bank officials are verifying the information you filled in the application form and the supporting documents.

• Rejected - The rejected stage indicates that your application did not fit the criteria and therefore is rejected by the reviewer. You can again apply for the credit card after 3-6 months.

• Approved - The approved status reflects that the reviewer has accepted your application, and the card must be under printing and dispatch process.

• On-hold - The On-hold stage means that the reviewers have paused the application procedure due to incomplete documents or information. The bank executives will contact you via your registered mobile number and inform you about the issue. The review procedure will be resumed as soon as the issue is solved.

• Dispatched- If your application status says dispatched, it means the bank has already dispatched your credit card and will forward you the shipment information. You can check the shipment status using the tracking ID.
