If paid within the due date, a 5% rebate will be available on the energy charges. For this, the due date shall be considered 10 days from the date when the bill is issued.
A 10% surcharge will be levied on the outstanding principal amount at the end of every March.
Note: if the electricity supplied in a domestic premises is utilised for any commercial activities, the total supply will be charged under commercial rates.
