This system helps you avoid long queues, reduces paperwork, and ensures you pay your taxes on time without visiting government offices.

Click on ‘New user Registration’
Enter your personal details, including your name, email ID, and mobile number
Enter the correct captcha code
Click on ‘Submit’
To pay the property tax through the Sanchaya portal you can follow the below steps:
Visit https://sanchaya.lsgkerala.gov.in/
Click on the ‘Citizen Login’ tab
You will be redirected to tax.lsdkerala.gov.in

In the ‘Quick Services’ section, click on ‘Property Tax’ tab
On the redirected page, click on ‘Property Tax Quick Pay’
Select all your property details such as district name, ward year, ward details, local body type, and local body number
Once you enter these details, enter your property's specific details by any of the 3 options:
Door/Sub number
Owner name
Institution name
Click on ‘Search’ and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment
