5. Cataract

6. Any Surgery of the genito-urinary system if not necessitated by malignancy.

7. Stones in the urinary uro-genital and biliary systems including calculus diseases

8. Varicose Ulcers and Varicose Veins.

9. Knee Replacement Surgery (other than caused by an Accident), Non-infectious Arthritis, Gout, Rheumatism, Joint Replacement Surgery.

10. Benign Prostate Hypertrophy and every type of Hydrocele.

11. Fissure, Piles, all types of Hernia, Fistula in anus, Pilonidal sinus, Hemorrhoids and any abscess related to the anal region.

12. Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media (CSOM), Sinusitis and related disorders, Deviated Nasal Septum, Tympanoplasty and any other benign ear, Surgery on tonsils/Adenoids, nose and throat disorder or surgery. 

13. Gastric and duodenal ulcer, any type of cysts, nodules, polyps, internal tumors, skin tumors, and any type of Breast lumps (unless malignant), Polycystic Ovarian Diseases.
