• Log on to www.kotak.com.

• Click on the 'Net Banking' option.

• Enter CRN in User ID.

• Enter password or click on "Get Net Banking Password Online"

• Click on the Credit Card Tab.

• Click on Add-on Card.

• Please fill in the details as asked on the screen.

• Click on 'Apply'

If your card is lost or stolen, call Customer Contact Center immediately at 1860 266 2666 to have it disabled, blocked, or cancelled to prevent misuse.
