Despite the challenging financials, Ola Electric is implementing several strategies aimed at achieving profitability in FY26:

Operational Efficiency Programs

  • Project Lakshya: Focuses on cost reduction, targeting an operating cost structure of ₹110 Crores by June 2025, down from ₹121 Crores in April.

  • Project Vistaar: Aims to optimise the distribution network, reducing delivery times and enhancing inventory management.

Profitability Targets

  • EBITDA Break-Even: Lowered the monthly sales breakeven point to under 25,000 units, down from the previous target of 50,000 units.

  • Q1 FY26 Projections: Anticipates revenue between ₹800-850 Crores, deliveries of 65,000 units, and gross margins of 28–30%. (FY24 14.8%, FY25 20.5%, Q1 FY26 +10pp over Q4 FY25.)
