Sacheerome’s offer is entirely a fresh issue valuing approximately ₹61.62 Crores, with a fixed price band of ₹96–₹102 per share. Applications require a minimum of 1,200 shares per lot, translating to a minimum investment of ₹1,15,200 at the lower end and ₹1,22,400 at cut-off pricing.
Allotment is scheduled for 12 June, with an expected listing date of 16 June on the NSE SME platform.
Funds raised are earmarked largely for setting up a new manufacturing and R&D facility in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. Remaining proceeds will support general corporate needs.
